September arrives with its own quiet kind of magic, a soft turning of the year that invites us inward. As the light changes and the air cools, many people feel a natural pull toward reflection, steadiness, and recalibration.
Autumn is a season of transition, and with transition often comes a mixture of anticipation, uncertainty, and the need for deeper energetic support. Reiki meets this moment beautifully. This month, I’m inviting you to use your Reiki practice as a way of easing into the season rather than bracing against it.
Autumn asks us to let go gently, of pace, of pressure, of whatever has felt heavy or stretched thin. A simple self‐Reiki session can help you soften the edges of this shift, grounding your energy while giving your nervous system a sense of safety and spaciousness.
You might notice old patterns resurfacing as routines change or new responsibilities emerge. Instead of pushing through, place your hands where your body calls you and allow Reiki to help you settle. Even five minutes can create a sense of inner steadiness that carries you through the day.
This is also a wonderful time to reconnect with what supports you: slower mornings, nourishing food, time in nature, and moments of stillness. Reiki weaves beautifully into these rituals, helping you stay centred as the season unfolds.
As we move into Autumn together, let your practice be a gentle companion, one that helps you release what’s ready to fall away and strengthen what wants to grow within you.
Sending you Reiki blessings.
